We are not responsible for improperly assembled product and do not recommend not installing brakes on bicycles. BMX and skateboarding can be dangerous if attempting riding above your skill level. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We accept returns on unused merchandise with 30 days of purchase for full purchase price excluding shipping. You must call to get a return authorization number before sending any product back. Product must be in new condition. All manufacturer defects will be warranty through the product brand. Call us first so wecan help with any defective merchandise. Our goal is to give the best service and assist in any way if your product is having problems. All items that require assembly should be done by a qualified professional. All refused or returned merchandise without significant reason or defecetive or damaged merchandise shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs unless agreed to by Dragon bicycles. Cancellation of special orders is subject to a 20% restock and shipping costs unless agreed to by Dragon Bicycles.
